摘　　要：介绍艾灸、穴位贴敷、腹部按摩、耳穴埋籽中医护理技术在脑卒中便秘病人中的应用现状,综述便秘症状评价指标、脑肠肽及中医证候积分在脑卒中便秘病人中的应用情况,以期为今后脑卒中便秘疗效观察指标的选择及中医护理技术的临床运用提供参考依据。It introduced the status quo of moxibustion,acupoint application,abdominal massage and seed embedding in the ear in patients with stroke and constipation.It reviewed the status quo of the evaluation indexes of constipation symptoms,cerebrointestinal peptides and TCM syndrome integral evaluation indexes for stroke constipation patients,in order to provide reference for the selection of therapeutic indicators of stroke constipation and the clinical application of TCM nursing technology in the future.
