摘 要:试验旨在研究不同添加量螺旋藻粉对怀乡鸡产蛋性能影响,以探索发挥最佳效应的螺旋藻粉添加量。选用11月龄怀乡鸡20只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只鸡。对照组鸡饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在日粮中添加5、10、20 g/kg的螺旋藻粉。试验期6周。结果显示:试验1~3周,试验B组蛋鸡平均日采食量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),试验A组蛋鸡料蛋比显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),试验C组平均蛋重高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验4~6周,试验B组蛋鸡平均日采食量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),试验C组平均蛋重和产蛋率高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验全期,试验A组蛋鸡平均增重显著高于试验B组和试验C组(P<0.05),略高于对照组(P>0.05)。日粮添加不同浓度的螺旋藻粉对11月龄怀乡鸡蛋型指数、蛋黄颜色、哈夫单位无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加螺旋藻粉可在一定程度上提高11月龄怀乡蛋鸡平均日采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重,降低料蛋比,对提高11月龄怀乡鸡的产蛋性能具有一定积极作用。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different amounts of Spirulina powder on laying performance of Huaixiang chickens,so as to explore the best amount of Spirulinapowder.Twenty Huaixiang chickens aged 11 months were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and one chicken in each replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed basal diets,and 5,10,20 g/kg of Spirulina powder were added to the diets of the three experimental groups respectively.The trial period was 6 weeks.The results showed that during 1~3 weeks,the average daily feed intake of Group B was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),the feed to egg ratio of Group A was significantly lower than that of other three groups(P<0.05),and the average egg weight of Group C was higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).During 4~6 weeks,the average daily feed intake of Group B was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the average egg weight and laying rate of Group C were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).During the whole period,the average weight gain of laying hens in Group A was significantly higher than that of Group B and Group C(P<0.05),and slightly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of Spirulina powder with different concentrations had no significant effect on egg shape index,yolk color,and Huff unit of 11-month-old Huaixiang chickens(P>0.05).The study indicates that adding Spirulinapowder to the diet can increase the average daily feed intake,laying rate and average egg weight of 11-month-old Huaixiang chickens to a certain extent,and reduce the feed to egg ratio,which has a positive effect on improving the laying performance of 11-month-old Huaixiang chickens.
