摘 要:犬瘟热(CD)是由犬瘟热病毒(CDV)感染动物导致发病的一种烈性传染病,宿主范围广泛,感染发病的动物出现复杂的临床症状,死亡率高。血凝素(H)蛋白是CDV结构蛋白之一,具有主要的特异性抗原位点,可与信号传导淋巴细胞激活分子(SLAM)或上皮细胞黏附蛋白Nectin-4发生相互作用,介导病毒的吸附、出芽等,还与CDV跨动物种属传播具有密切联系。文章对CDV H蛋白功能及特点进行概述,围绕H蛋白对CDV的致病性及疫苗研究进展进行了讨论,以期为H蛋白研究及CD防控提供参考。Canine distemper(CD)is a severe infectious disease caused by canine distemper virus(CDV).The host range is wide,the infected animals have complicated clinical symptoms and high mortality.Hemagglutinin(H)protein is one of the structural proteins of CDV and has major specific antigen sites.It can interact with signal transducing lymphocyte activating molecule(SLAM)or epithelial cell adhesion protein Nectin-4 to mediate the adsorption and germination of viruses,and is closely related to the transmission of CDV across animal species.In this paper,the function and characteristics of CDV H protein were summarized,and the pathogenicity of H protein to CDV and the research progress of vaccine were discussed,in order to provide a reference for H protein research and CD prevention and control.
