摘　　要：螺杆菌属感染是一个全球性问题,其中幽门螺杆菌可诱发与胃肠道有关的疾病而受到广泛关注,但对于非幽门螺杆菌性螺杆菌属(NHPH)引起疾病的研究和报道较为鲜见。部分NHPH与人和动物的疾病发生密切相关,是一种人畜共患病病原。文章总结了几种主要的感染畜禽的NHPH以及NHPH引起宿主疾病的致病机制和诊断、防治方法,以期为NHPH的相关研究和临床防控提供参考。Helicobacter infection is a global problem,Helicobacter pylori can induce gastrointestinal diseases and has received widespread attention,but there are few studies and reports on non-Helicobacter pylori Helicobacter(NHPH)caused diseases.Part of NHPH is closely related to the occurrence of human and animal diseases and is a zoonotic pathogen.This paper summarized several main NHPH of infected livestock and poultry,as well as the pathogenic mechanism,diagnosis,prevention and treatment methods of NHPH-induced host diseases,in order to provide a reference for related research and clinical prevention and control of NHPH.
