摘  要:巨菌草生长快、产量高、营养价值高、抗逆性强,作为优质牧草广泛应用于畜禽养殖中,为养殖业提供新的动力。巨菌草作为非常规饲料资源的利用愈加广泛,不仅可作为主食饲料,还能够作为补充饲料为畜禽提供全面的营养供应。同时,巨菌草在提高畜禽免疫力、改善畜禽肠道健康、降低畜禽排泄物对环境的影响等方面也发挥着重要作用。巨菌草作为饲料应用于猪、牛、羊等家畜的饲养中可明显提高家畜的生长速度,使肉质更加鲜美。文章综述了巨菌草青贮饲料的饲喂价值及其青贮发酵的影响因素,梳理其在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为巨菌草青贮发酵技术的建立及其在畜牧业的推广应用提供一定参考。Pennisetumgiganteumhas fast growth,high yield,high nutritional value and strong stress resistance.As a high-quality forage,it is widely used in livestock and poultry breeding,providing new impetus for the breeding industry.The use of Pennisetumgiganteum as unconventional feed resources is more and more extensive,not only as staple food feed,but also as supplementary feed to provide a comprehensive nutrition supply for livestock and poultry.At the same time,macrophyta also plays an important role in improving the immunity of livestock and poultry,improving the intestinal health of livestock and poultry,and reducing the impact of livestock and poultry excrement on the environment.As a feed used in the raising of pigs,cattle,sheep and other domestic animals,it can obviously improve the growth rate of domestic animals and make the meat more delicious.In this paper,the feeding value and the influencing factors of silage fermentation were reviewed,and its application in livestock production was reviewed,in order to provide some references for the establishment of silage fermentation technology and its application in animal husbandry.
