摘 要:目的比较不同发育时期忍冬花酚酸类成分含量,评估忍冬花在不同发育时期的药用价值,为确定适宜采收期提供参考。方法高效液相色谱电喷雾串联质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)测定12种酚酸类成分含量,多元统计分析忍冬花不同发育时期酚酸类成分含量差异。结果忍冬花酚酸类成分总含量高低为二白期>三青期>大白期>米蕾期>银花期>金花期。结论不同发育时期忍冬花酚酸类成分含量差异显著,开放花中原儿茶酸和绿原酸甲酯含量较高,提示开放花具有独特的开发利用价值。Objective To compare the phenolic acid content in flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.at various developmental stages and evaluate the medicinal value of these flowers,this study aims to providing a reference for determining the optimal harvest period.Methods HPLC-ESI-MS/MS was used to determine the contents of 12 phenolic acids.The differences in phenolic acid composition in flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.at different developmental stages were compared using multivariate statistical analysis.Results The total phenolic acid contents in flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.were ranked from highest to lowest as follows:erbai stage>sanqing stage>dabai stage>milei stage>yinhua stage>jinhua flower stage.Conclusion The contents of phenolic acids in flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.at different developmental stages showed significant differences.The contents of protocatechuic acid and chlorogenic acid methyl ester were higher in open flowers,indicating that open flowers have unique developmental and utilization value.
