摘 要:基于转子位移最小法的磁悬浮转子不平衡抑制需要求得补偿信号的幅值和相位,目前主要通过陷波滤波算法提取转子不平衡同频振动位移相位作为补偿信号相位;但在升速过程中,转子不平衡力与转子同频振动位移之间存在随转速增大的滞后相位,如果不平衡抑制过程中不对该滞后相位进行补偿会导致不平衡振动增大甚至失稳问题。现提出一种基于相位补偿的不平衡抑制方法,通过扫频法确定滞后相位,并对转子同频振动信号提取后进行相位补偿,实现磁悬浮转子在线不平衡抑制。试验结果表明:保持补偿信号幅值相同,未进行相位补偿会使非驱动端转子实际位移和同频振动位移增大,驱动端转子实际位移和同频振动位移变化不明显;相位补偿后驱动端与非驱动端转子实际位移和同频振动位移均有较大程度减小,有效抑制了磁悬浮转子的不平衡振动。The amplitude and phase of compensation signal are obtained for unbalance suppression of maglev rotors based on minimum rotor displacement method.At present,the phase of unbalance synchronous vibration displacement of the rotors is mainly extracted by notch filtering algorithm as phase of the signal.However,during acceleration process,there is a lag phase between unbalance force of the rotors and synchronous vibration displacement of the rotors that increases with rotational speed.If the lag phase is not compensated during imbalance suppression process,the unbalanced vibration will increase and even instability.An unbalance suppression method is proposed based on phase compensation.The lag phase is determined by sweep frequency method,and the phase compensation is carried out after extracting synchronous vibration signal of the rotors,so as to realize the online unbalance suppression of the rotors.The experimental results show that maintaining the same amplitude of the signal,the actual displacement and synchronous vibration displacement of the rotors at non-driving end will increase without phase compensation,while the actual displacement and synchronous vibration displacement of the rotors at driving end will not change significantly;after phase compensation,the actual displacement and synchronous vibration displacement of the rotors at driving end and non-driving end are reduced to a large extent,suppressing the unbalance vibration of the rotors effectively.
