摘　　要：提供一种更清洁的方法将水处理厂的固体废物污泥回收利用为环保建筑材料,这种方法包括在制造过程中使用水处理污泥作为黏土的替代品来生产烧结黏土砖,通过研究水处理污泥含量为10%~50%、含砂量为10%~20%的各种混合料,水处理污泥可重复利用于烧结黏土砖的制造,为水处理污泥提供了一种更清洁、更可持续的处置方法。Disposal of water treatment sludge in landfills and estuaries has significant negative environmental impacts.This study aims to provide a cleaner method for recycling solid waste sludge from water treatment plants into environmentally friendly building materials.This method involves the use of water-treated sludge as a substitute for clay in the manufacturing process to produce structurally fired clay bricks.In this paper,var⁃ious mixtures with sludge content of 10%~50%and sand content of 10%~20%are studied.The water treat⁃ment sludge can be reused in the manufacture of fired clay bricks,which provides a cleaner and more sustain⁃able disposal method for water treatment sludge.
