摘　　要：为了拓展寿县固废资源化处置取得的成果,扩大固废资源化循环利用在城市经济发展中的重要作用,实现建设环境友好型城市可持续发展的目标,按照国家对产业园区的标准要求,从发展战略、绿色制造、产品开发、科学研究、人才培养和经营管理等六个方面实施固废资源化循环利用的战略扩容升级,目标主要针对建筑垃圾、生活垃圾、市政污泥、河道淤泥和一般尾矿的实际,提出利用途径、技术方案和产品品种以及市场利用等方面的建设性建议,为固废资源化利用建言献策。In order to expand the achievements of solid waste resource disposal in Shouxian County,expand the important role of solid waste resource recycling in urban economic development,and achieve the goal of build⁃ing an environmentally friendly city for sustainable development,in accordance with the national standard re⁃quirements for industrial parks,the strategic expansion and upgrading of solid waste resource recycling is im⁃plemented from six aspects,including development strategy,green manufacturing,product development,scien⁃tific research,talent training and operation management,and the goal is mainly aimed at the actual situation of construction waste,domestic waste,municipal sludge,river sludge and general tailings,constructive sugges⁃tions on utilization methods,technical solutions,product varieties and market utilization are put forward,and suggestions are made for the utilization of solid waste resources.
