机制砂石与白云岩冶金溶剂制备新实践——以陕西某白云岩矿为例

摘　　要：当前砂石行业已转入周期性调整期,投资企业如何在设计端分散运营风险、多元化开发矿产资源已成为行业关注的一个重点课题。以陕西某白云岩矿为例,系统介绍矿石性质、产品方案、技术方案与工艺流程,提出“粗碎颚式破碎机+中细碎反击式破碎机”两段破碎、“圆振动筛+高频筛”三级筛分的生产工艺。加工工艺设计灵活,各级产品比例可根据市场情况做出调整,方案设计中重点解决了冶金用白云岩熔剂的制备问题,为类似白云岩矿多元化开发提供了借鉴和参考。Taking a dolomite mine in Shaanxi Province as an example,the ore properties,product scheme,tech⁃nical scheme and process flow are systematically introduced,and the two-stage crushing of“coarse crushing jaw crusher+medium and fine crushing impact crusher”and the three-stage screening process of“circular vi⁃brating screen+high-frequency screen”are proposed.The processing technology design is flexible,the pro⁃portion of products at all levels can be adjusted according to the market situation,and the preparation of dolo⁃mite flux for metallurgy is mainly solved in the scheme design,which provides a reference and reference for the diversified development of similar dolomite mines.
