摘  要:高附加值利用废弃塑料要求再生塑料具有良好的性能,为此对比研究了高端再生聚碳酸酯(R-PC)材料(含有质量分数为50%的消费后物理回收的聚碳酸酯原材料)和原生聚碳酸酯(V-PC)材料化学结构、杂质元素、流变性能和介电性能,并进一步分析了热老化(120℃)和湿热老化(80℃,80%湿度)对材料光学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,R-PC材料化学结构保持良好,未发现明显的降解。R-PC材料中含有少量氯、铁、钙等杂质,质量分数分别为0.0009%,0.0007%和0.0011%。R-PC材料与V-PC材料流变性能相近,没有明显的支化和交联现象,可采用类似的加工设备和相近的工艺条件对R-PC材料进行加工。R-PC材料热老化和湿热老化的性能变化趋势与V-PC保持良好的一致性,老化后两种材料的光学性能和力学性能整体相差不大,R-PC的断裂伸长率更容易受热老化和湿热老化的影响。整体来讲,高端R-PC材料具有良好的力学性能、光学性能以及良好的热老化和湿热老化稳定性。The high value-added utilization of waste plastics requires regenerated plastics to possess excellent performance.Therefore,a comparative study was conducted on the chemical structure,impurity elements,rheological properties,and dielectric properties of high-valued recycled polycarbonate(R-PC)material(contains 50%post-consumer physically recycled polycarbonate raw materials)and virgin polycarbonate(V-PC)material.Additionally,the effects of thermal aging(at 120℃)and hydrothermal aging(at 80℃and 80%humidity)on optical and mechanical properties of these materials were further analyzed.The results show that the chemical structure of R-PC remains intact,with no significant degradation observed.The R-PC material contains trace amounts of impurities of chlorine,iron,and calcium,with concentrations of 0.0009 wt%,0.0007 wt%,and 0.0011 wt%,respectively.Rheological properties of R-PC are similar to those of virgin V-PC material,indicating no significant branching or crosslinking phenomena for R-PC.Therefore,similar processing equipment and comparable processing conditions can be employed for the processing of the R-PC material.The performances changes of the high-valued R-PC material in terms of thermal and hydrothermal aging remain consistent with those of the virgin V-PC.After aging,the optical and mechanical properties of the two materials have little difference,and the elongation at break of R-PC is more susceptible to thermal aging and hydrothermal aging.Overall,the high-valued R-PC material exhibits excellent mechanical and optical properties as well as good thermal and hydrothermal aging stability.
