摘 要:采用熔融纺丝方法通过纺丝组件的设计制备了高性能聚苯硫醚(PPS)长丝,确定了原料干燥、熔融、喷丝及缓冷区温度和吹风等条件的工艺参数,探讨了纺丝温度、纺丝速度、牵伸温度、定型温度、牵伸倍数等纺丝工艺参数对PPS纤维可纺性和力学性能的影响,确定了最佳纺丝加工工艺参数。结果表明,喷丝时初始压力控制在12 MPa以上,PPS螺杆挤出机各区温度分别为310,320,320,325,330℃,纺丝温度为300~315℃,缓冷区温度为295~310℃,纺丝速度为2 650 m/min,总牵伸倍数为4.9倍,第一热辊、第二热辊和第三热辊温度分别为95,110℃和140℃,制得规格为299 dtex/48 f PPS纤维具有良好的可纺性和优异的力学性能,拉伸断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别可达4.04 cN/dtex和16.4%。High performance polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)filaments were prepared by melt spinning through the design of spinning assembly.The process parameters of drying,melting,spinning and slow cooling zone temperature and blowing etc.were determined.The effects of spinning parameters including spinning temperature,spinning speed,drawing temperature,setting temperature and drawing ratio on the spinnability and mechanical properties of PPS fibers were discussed and the optimum spinning parameters were determined.The results show that the initial pressure of spinning is controlled above 12 MPa,the temperature of each zone of the PPS screw extruder is 310,320,320,325,330℃,the spinning temperature is 300-315℃,the slow cooling zone temperature is 295-310℃,the spinning speed is 2650 m/min,the total drawing ratio is 4.9 times,and the temperature of the first hot roller,the second hot roller,and the third hot roller are 95,110℃and 140℃,respectively.The prepared PPS fiber with a specification of 299 dtex/48 f has good spinnability and excellent mechanical properties.The tensile breaking strength and elongation at break can reach 4.04 cN/dtex and 16.4%,respectively.
