基于大生产运动的陕甘宁边区盐业发展研究

摘　　要：在内有自然灾害和人口大量增加、外有日寇进攻和国民党经济封锁的压力下,陕甘宁边区定边县、盐池县等产盐区响应党中央号召,开展盐业大生产运动。陕甘宁边区政府采取军民联合生产、全民集体运盐、对外统销对内自由贸易的政策来发展盐业。盐业的兴旺带动了陕甘宁边区经济的发展,食盐贸易有力地反击了国民党对边区的经济封锁,改善了人民的生活,为边区的经济振兴做出了突出贡献。Under the pressure of natural disasters and massive increase in population within,and the attack of the Japanese invaders and the economic blockade of the Kuomintang outside,salt-producing areas of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,such as Dingbian County and Yanchi County responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee and developed the salt industry production campaign.The government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region adopted the policies of civil-military integration production,collective salt transport by the whole people,and unified sales to the outside world and free trade at home to develop the salt industry.The prosperity of the salt industry also led to the economic development of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,and the salt trade strongly countered the economic blockade of the Kuomintang on the border area,improved people’s lives and made outstanding contributions to the economic revitalization of the border area.
