摘 要:目的综合分析我院体检中心彩超设备超声探头使用情况,为超声探头的优化使用和科学配置提供建议及参考。方法通过我院建立的医疗设备物联网数据采集平台,采集我院体检中心10台彩超设备27把探头2022年1—6月的使用数据,分析超声探头工作时长、使用时长和使用效率等参数,比较不同彩超设备不同类型超声探头的使用差异。结果不同彩超设备同类型超声探头日均工作时长、使用时长、工作效率存在差异,且部分彩超设备超声探头的日均工作时长和使用时长均未达到总体平均水平。我院体检中心存在彩超设备探头使用不充分、不均衡以及部分超声探头配置冗余现象。结论通过医疗设备物联网平台采集并分析我院体检中心超声探头使用数据,可以为提高超声探头的使用效率、优化体检中心超声检查流程和科学合理配置超声探头提供坚实的数据支撑,为实现医院高质量发展提供管理抓手。Objective To comprehensively analyze the utilization of ultrasonic probe of color ultrasound equipment in physical examination center of our hospital,and provide suggestions and references for optimizing the use and scientific configuration of ultrasonic probes.Methods The usage data of 27 probes from 10 color ultrasound devices in the physical examination center from January to June 2022 were collected through the medical equipment Internet of Things(IoT)data collection platform established in our hospital.The working time,usage duration and use efficiency of ultrasonic probes were analyzed,and the usage differences of different types of ultrasonic probes on different color ultrasound devices were compared.Results There were differences in the daily average working time,usage duration and working efficiency of the same type of ultrasound probes on different ultrasound devices.Additionally,some of the color ultrasound devices had daily average working and usage durations that did not meet the overall average level.In the physical examination center of our hospital,the probe use of color ultrasound equipment was insufficient,unbalanced and some ultrasonic probes were redundant.Conclusion By collecting and analyzing the usage data of ultrasonic probes in our hospital through the medical equipment IoT platform,it can provide solid data support for improving the efficiency of ultrasonic probe utilization,optimizing the ultrasound examination process,and scientifically and reasonably configuring ultrasonic probes.This will serve as a management lever to achieve high-quality development in the hospital.
