摘 要:自夏商周以降的传统国家礼仪制度,作为上层建筑的重要元素,一直影响中国古代经济基础以促进生产力发展,推进中国古代政治文明建设以促进社会进步与繁荣;新中国成立至2012年,在对传统礼制解构与传承的基础上,创造性地继承与创新性地发展传统国家礼仪制度,进而建构了具有中国特色的社会主义国家礼仪制度,促进了社会主义政治文明建设,逐步实现了由传统“礼仪之邦”向中国特色社会主义“礼仪之邦”的蜕变;自中国特色社会主义进入了新时代之后,进一步完善新时代国家礼仪制度,是促进政治文明建设的重要举措,而新时代政治文明建设,又会促使国家礼仪制度更加完善。故从历时性、理论性、实践性三个维度,综合运用文学、历史学、政治学、社会学等研究范式,来集中回应“如何以国家礼仪制度促进政治文明建设”这一重大问题,正是新时代人文社会科学领域学者的一种共同责任及应该具有的历史担当。As an important element of the superstructure,the traditional national etiquette system since the Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasties has been influencing the economic base of ancient China to promote the development of productive forces,and advancing the construction of political civilization in ancient China to promote the progress and prosperity of the society.After the founding of the People's Republic of China and up to the present(1949—2012),on the basis of the deconstruction and inheritance of the traditional etiquette system,the traditional national etiquette system has been creatively inherited and innovatively developed,and the socialist national etiquette system with Chinese characteristics has been constructed to promote the construction of socialist political civilization.Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era,the further improvement of the national etiquette system in the new era is an important measure to promote the construction of political civilization,and the construction of political civilization in the new era will lead to the development of the national etiquette system.Therefore,it is the common responsibility of scholars in the field of humanities and social sciences in the new era to respond to the important issue of“promoting the construction of political civilization through the national etiquette system”from the three dimensions of timeliness,theory and practice,and by comprehensively applying the research paradigms of literature,history,political science,and sociology,as well as a historical responsibility that we should have.
