摘 要:气田在开发过程中不可避免会出现气井产液现象,当气井产量高于临界携液流量时,气体可将产出液携带出井筒,井底不产生积液,当气井产量低于临界携液流量时,由于液体滑脱导致井底产生积液。气举是日常排出井底积液的常用手段,在气田开发过程中起到非常重要的作用。判断井底是否积液是确定气井排液时机、选取气举井的基础,文章通过计算气井生产过程中的合理油套压差,绘制不同压力、不同产气量和产液量下的合理生产油套压差梯度图版,再将气井实际生产中的油套压差与合理油套压差进行对比,对井底是否积液进行准确判断,并通过气举排除井底积液,恢复气井产能。In the development process of water-producing gas fields,the phenomenon of gas well water production inevitably occurs.When the gas well output is higher than the critical liquid-carrying flow,there will be no liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well.When the gas well output is lower than the critical liquid-carrying flow,the bottom of the well will produce fluid accumulation.Gas lift is a common means of daily discharge of liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well,which plays an important and positive role in the development process of gas field.The diagnosis of fluid accumulation is the basis for grasping the timing of fluid accumulation in gas wells,judging the degree of fluid accumulation,and selecting gas lift wells.In this study,by calculating the reasonable oil jacket pressure difference in the gas well production process,the reasonable production jacket pressure differential plate under different pressures,different gas production and liquid production is drawn.According to the comparison between the actual production pressure difference of the gas well and the reasonable oil jacket pressure difference,it can accurately judge whether there is liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well,eliminate the liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well through gas lift,and then restore the production capacity of the gas well.
