摘 要:以铝矾土和白云石为原材料,采用原位烧结来制备多孔陶瓷膜。系统研究了烧结温度与不同含量的白云石对陶瓷膜的相组成、孔隙率、收缩率、孔径分布、微观形貌和气体通量的影响。结果表明,添加白云石的陶瓷膜主要晶相是刚玉、钙长石和尖晶石。白云石的添加,抑制了铝矾土的致密化,提高了陶瓷膜的孔隙率和孔径,从而提高其气体通量,并且白云石含量越高,由温度升高所引起的孔隙率下降幅度和收缩率上升幅度越小。Porous ceramic membrane was prepared by in-situ sintering with bauxite and dolomite as raw materials.The effects of sintering temperature and different content of dolomite on the phase composition,porosity,shrinkage,pore size distribution,micromorphology and gas flux of ceramic membrane were systematically studied.The results show that the main crystalline phases of the ceramic membrane with dolomite are corundum,anorthite and spinel.The addition of dolomite inhibits the densification of bauxite and increases the porosity and pore size of ceramic membrane,thus increasing its gas flux.And the higher the dolomite content is,the smaller the porosity decreases,and shrinkage increases caused by temperature increase.
