摘  要:为查明某风电机发生倒塔事故原因,对设备的安装工艺、损伤形貌、材料性能、监控数据等进行分析。结果表明,安装阶段该风电机部分塔架法兰连接螺栓、螺母润滑剂涂刷不规范,紧固后预紧力未达到设计值;前期运行阶段塔架存在异常振动,导致法兰连接螺栓在交变载荷作用下,大量螺栓松动、螺母脱落,塔架法兰螺栓群受力不均;最后1次并网时,风电机塔架受力突增,未松动的螺栓无法承受设计载荷,相继发生脱扣、断裂,导致塔架失稳发生倒塔事故。针对该事故提出了防范措施,保证风电机安全稳定运行。In order to find out the cause of a wind turbine tower collapse,it analyzes the installation process,damage morphology,material properties and monitoring data of the equipment.Results show that the unit for installation phase of the wind tower flange bolt and nut lubricant coating are not standard.After fastening design value not achieved,the pretightening tower abnormal vibration and early operational stage leading to flange bolt under the action of alternating load,a large number of loose bolt,nut falling off,and tower flange bolt group of uneven.In the last grid-connected operation of the unit,the stress on the tower increased sharply,and the unloosened bolts could not bear the design load,which successively occurres tripping and breaking,leading to the instability of the wind motor tower and the collapse of the tower.According to the accident,it puts forward preventive measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the wind motor.
