摘  要:为了缓解某300 MW四角切圆锅炉低负荷工况主蒸汽及再热蒸汽温度偏低问题,开展了再循环烟气对蒸汽温度影响试验研究,结果表明再循环烟气量主要受锅炉燃烧稳定性、受热面壁温、减温水调节裕度、排烟温度等影响。低负荷工况下烟气再循环系统投入后主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度均明显提升,脱硝系统入口烟温小幅度增加。不仅有利于降低汽轮机热耗率和供电煤耗,提升机组低负荷运行经济性,而且有助于避免汽轮机末级叶片腐蚀问题,降低设备维护成本。In order to alleviate the problem of low load working condition main steam and reheat steam temperatures low in a 300 MW quadrangle tangential boiler,it carries out experimental research on the effect of recycled flue gas on steam temperature.The results show that the recycled flue gas is mainly affected by boiler combustion stability,heating surface wall temperature,margin of desuperheating water regulation,and exhaust gas temperature.After the flue gas recirculation system putting into operation under low load conditions,the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature can be increased,and the inlet flue gas temperature of the denitrification system increases.Not only does it help to reduce the heat consumption rate and net coal consumption rate,improve the economic efficiency of low load operation of the unit,but it also helps to avoid the corrosion problem of the last stage blades of the steam turbine,and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
