摘 要:为保障配电系统网络安全,配电终端采取“一终端一秘钥一证书”的安全机制,进行身份认证和数据加密。但目前配电终端加密证书的签发过程存在自动化程度低、证书状态难查询和不能自动同步等问题,导致证书签发效率低。对此,以申请流程数字化、证书管理智能化为主线,研发了配电终端加密证书智能管理系统,实现了证书签发的全自动线上流转,平均每个证书签发时间减少约6 h,显著减少运行维护人员工作量,提升配电终端接入效率。In order to ensure the network security of the distribution system,distribution terminals adopt a security mechanism of“one terminal,one key,one certificate”for identity authentication and data encryption.However,at present,the encrypted certificate issuing process of the distribution terminals has some problems,such as low level of automation,difficulty in querying certificate status,and lack of automatic synchronization between different regions of distribution network,leading to low efficiency in certificate issuance.In response to this,taking the digital application process and intelligent certificate management as the main line,it developes an intelligent management system for encrypted certificates of distribution terminals.This system enables fully automated online circulation of certificate issuance,with an average reduction of about 6 hours in the time for each certificate issuance,reducing the workload of maintenance personnel,and improving the access efficiency of distribution terminals.
