过碳酸钠预处理在苎麻酶脱胶中的应用

摘  要:苎麻作为一种韧皮纤维,需要通过脱胶加工将纤维从茎中分离出来。生物酶脱胶具有生态环保的特点,具有替代传统化学法脱胶的潜力。但仅依靠生物酶催化作用,尚不能获得残胶率符合要求的苎麻纤维。试验采用过碳酸钠预处理/生物酶体系对苎麻中胶质进行降解,从而获得苎麻纤维。在过碳酸钠质量浓度8 g/L,处理pH为10,处理温度80℃,处理时间2 h,酸性果胶酶浓度400 U/L,酶处理时间4 h的条件下,获得的苎麻纤维残胶率为4.27%,束纤维强度为3.35 cN/dtex,基本达到GB/T 20793—2015《苎麻精干麻》要求。另外,苎麻纤维的蓝光白度、柔软度、纤维素聚合度、回潮率均达到三级精干麻水平。Ramie,as a bast fiber,requires a degumming process to separate the fibers from the stems.Enzy⁃matic degumming has the potential to replace the traditional chemical degumming method with its eco-friend⁃ly features.However,only relying on the catalytic effect of enzymes,it is impossible to obtain ramie fibers with the required residual gum rate.In this study,enzymatic degumming with sodium percarbonate pretreatment process is used to degrade gums to obtain ramie fibers.At the sodium percarbonate concentration of 8 g/L,treatment pH of 10,treatment temperature of 80℃,treatment time of 2 h,and acid pectinase concentration of 400 U/L,and the enzyme treatment time of 4 h,the residual gum rate of ramie fiber is 4.27%,the bundle fibers strength is 3.35 cN/dtex,basically reaching the requirements of degummed ramie in GB/T 20793—2015.In addi⁃tion,the whiteness,softness,cellulose polymerization,and moisture regain reach Grade 3 of degummed ramie.
