摘  要:以N,N-二甲基(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)氨基丙磺酸内盐为单体,采用紫外光照射法制备具有高临界溶解温度(UCST)的聚合物PDMAPS,再将其喷涂至疏水改性涤棉织物表面,得到温敏导湿涤棉织物。研究了PDMAPS的结构和温敏性,并系统评价温敏导湿涤棉织物的微观结构、温敏亲/疏水性转变及温敏透湿性。结果表明:PDMAPS具有可逆的温敏亲/疏水性转变功能,在20℃时(UCST),喷涂PDMAPS一侧转为亲水性,而未喷涂PDMAPS一侧仍为疏水性,从而构建润湿性梯度,透湿量可提升至5497.5 g/(m^(2)·24 h),显示出优异的温度自适应湿热管理功能。Poly[N,N-dimethyl(methacryloylethyl)ammonium propane sulfonate](PDMAPS)which exhibits an up⁃per critical solution temperature(UCST)is synthesized via UV radiation using N,N-dimethyl(methacryloylethyl)ammonium propane sulfonate(DMAPS)as the monomer,and then sprayed onto the surface of hydrophobicmodified polyester/cotton fabric to prepare temperature-sensitive and humidity management of intelligent poly⁃ester/cotton fabric.The structure and temperature-sensitivity of PDMAPS are evaluated,and the microstruc⁃ture,the temperature-sensitive hydrophobic/hydrophilic transition and moisture permeability of the intelligent polyester/cotton fabric are investigated.The results show that PDMAPS has a reversible temperature-sensi⁃tive hydrophilic/hydrophobic transition function.At 20℃(the temperature below the UCST),the contact angle of the fabric sprayed with PDMAPS and the side without PDMAPS is both 130°-140°,showing superior hydro⁃phobicity.At 40℃(the temperature above the UCST),the side sprayed with PDMAPS becomes hydrophilic,while the side without PDMAPS remains hydrophobic,thus constructing a wettability gradient.The moisture permeability of fabric can be increased to 5497.5 g/(m^(2)·24 h),demonstrating excellent temperature adaptive humidity and heat management function.
