摘  要:为提升棉纤维活性染色的上染率并降低盐、碱用量,采用阳离子改性剂对棉纤维进行改性,优化的改性工艺为:改性剂WH 80 g/L,NaOH 20 g/L,70℃处理30 min。考察了阳离子改性后棉纤维的活性染料染色性能以及改性棉纤维的可纺性能,结果表明:阳离子改性有利于提高棉纤维活性染色的上染率、染色深度、匀染性以及染色牢度;阳离子改性棉纤维与普通棉纤维混纺,控制阳离子棉纤维含量在50%以内,通过优化纺纱加工工艺,开发出具有立体效果的花灰色色纺纱。In order to improve the dye-uptake of cotton fibers and reduce the consumption of salt and alkali,a cationic modifier is used to modify cotton fibers.The optimized modification process is as follows:modifier WH 80 g/L,NaOH 20 g/L,treated at 70℃for 30 min.The reactive dyeing performance and the spinnability of modified cotton fibers are investigated.The results show that cationic modification is beneficial to improve the dye-uptake,dyeing depth,levelness and color fastness of cotton fibers with reactive dyes.The gray colored spun yarns with stereoscopic effect are developed by optimizing the spinning process of cationic modified cot⁃ton fibers(within 50%of the content)and ordinary cotton fibers blends.
