摘 要:为解决传统棉织物退浆高耗水和高污染的问题,利用超临界CO_(2)流体技术对棉织物进行退浆处理。探讨了超临界CO_(2)流体退浆工艺因素(处理温度、系统压力和处理时间)对棉织物退浆效果的影响。结果表明,采用超临界CO_(2)退浆工艺在棉织物上可获得较好的退浆效果,推荐的退浆工艺为:处理温度80℃、系统压力24 MPa、处理时间60 min。超临界CO_(2)退浆工艺退浆效果好、效率高,而且处理过程不产生用水和排污,实现清洁生产。To solve the problems of high water consumption and pollution in traditional cotton fabric desizing,su⁃percritical CO_(2) fluid technology is used for desizing treatment of cotton fabrics.The influence of supercritical CO_(2) fluid desizing process factors(treatment temperature,system pressure and treatment time)on the desiz⁃ing effect of cotton fabrics is explored.The results show that supercritical CO_(2) desizing process can achieve good desizing effect on cotton fabrics.The recommended desizing process is:treatment temperature of 80℃,system pressure of 24 MPa,and treatment time of 60 min.The supercritical CO_(2) desizing process has good de⁃sizing effect and high efficiency,and the process does not use water and generate sewage so as to realize clean production.
