摘　　要：采用聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,引入羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),制备了一种自消光水性聚氨酯涂料。通过在三色卡纸上涂膜,讨论了DMPA质量分数、R值及有机硅含量对涂膜光泽度的影响,优化了合成的工艺条件。结果表明,当w(DMPA)=3.74%,R=1.0,w(PDMS)=20%时,卡纸表面消光效果最为理想,光泽度达到1.52。Using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as soft segment,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as hard segment,di⁃methylol propionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic chain extender and hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),a self-matting waterborne polyurethane coating is prepared.The effects of DMPA content,R value and silicone content on the gloss of the film are discussed,and the optimum conditions for synthesis are opti⁃mized.The results show that when w(DMPA)=3.74%,R=1.0,w(PDMS)=20%,the surface extinction effect of cardboard is best,reaching about 1.52.
