摘　　要：芳纶1414(PPTA)染色困难,为开发PPTA织物的环保染色方法,PPTA织物经NaOH、阳离子改性剂BS改性后,投入茶棕染料与硫酸亚铁络合染液中,在常压煮沸条件下直接染色。根据染色织物的K/S值优化了改性和染色工艺:改性剂BS 5 g/L,络合染液25 g/L,pH=4,染色时间60 min。染色织物的耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度均较好,阻燃性能达到阻燃织物的标准。The dyeing of aramid 1414(PPTA)is difficult.In order to develop an environment-friendly dyeing method for PPTA fabric,PPTA fabric is modified by NaOH and cationic modifier BS,and then direct dyeing of modified PPTA fabric is carried out with the complex dyeing solution of tea brown dye and ferrous sulfate at dyeing temperature of 100℃and atmospheric pressure conditions.The modification process and dyeing pro⁃cess are optimized according to the K/S value of the dyed fabric:modifier BS 5 g/L,tea brown dye 25 g/L,pH=4,dyeing time 60 min.The dyed fabric has good color fastnesses to rubbing and soaping,and its flame retardan⁃cy meets the standard.
