摘  要:该文旨在研究河流型成年母水牛体重与体尺指标的相关关系,选取467头健康成年母水牛,测定了体重(Y)、体高(X_(1))、十字部高(X_(2))、体斜长(X_(3))、胸围(X_(4))、腹围(X_(5))、管围(X_(6))、尻宽(X_(7))、尻长(X_(8))、胸宽(X_(9))、胸深(X_(10),并对体重和体尺相关指标进行相关性分析及主成分分析。结果表明:成年母水牛活体重量、尻宽、尻长、胸围、胸深、管围、腹围变异系数幅度较大(均大于8%);以体重为依变量,其他相关的体尺指标作为自变量作逐步回归分析,其方程为:Y=-634.885-2.590X_(1)+5.372X_(2)+2.938X_(3)+2.310X_(5)+3.456X_(7)(R=0.734,R^(2)=0.538,P<0.001)。各体尺指标均在不同程度影响母水牛的成年体重,体重与体高、体斜长、十字部高、胸围、腹围、管围、尻宽、尻长、胸宽、胸深呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),相关性系数最大的是腹围与体重,高达0.652。从主成分的特征根与累计贡献率来看,基于第一主成分关系式可见腹围、胸深、体重、体斜长、体高、尻长的特征向量较大,基本可以反映成年母牛的体型结构,因此腹围因子可称为第一主成分;基于第二主成分的关系式可知十字部高、体高、体斜长、尻宽的特征向量较大,因此十字部高可称为第二主成分。可见,通过测定成牛母水牛的体高、十字部高、体斜长、腹围、管围和尻宽,利用体重回归模型估测其体重。The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between body weight and body size indexes of river type adult female buffalo.A total of 467 healthy adult female buffaloes were selected to measure body weight(Y),body height(X_(1)),cruciform height(X_(2)),body oblique length(X_(3)),chest circumference(X_(4)),abdominal circumference(X_(5)),cannon circumference(X_(6)),rump width (X_(7)), rump length (X_(8)), chest width(X_(9)) and chest depth(X_(10)). Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed on body weight and body size related indexes. The results showed that the variation coefficients of live weight, rump width, rump length, chest circumference, chest depth, cannon circumference, and abdominal circumference of adult female buffalo were larger (all greater than 8%). Stepwise regression analysis was performed with body weight as the dependent variable and other related body size indicators as independent variables. The equation was: Y=-634.885-2.590X_(1) + 5.372X_(2) + 2.938X_(3) + 2.310X_(5) + 3.456X_(7) (R=0.734, R^(2)= 0.538, P < 0.001 ). Each body size index affected the adult body weight of female buffalo to different degrees. There was a significant positive correlation between body weight and body height, body length, cross height, chest circumference, abdominal circumference, tube circumference, rump width, rump length, chest width, and chest depth ( P < 0.01 ). The largest correlation coefficient was abdominal circumference and body weight, up to 0.652. From the perspective of the characteristic roots and cumulative contribution rate of the principal component, based on the first principal component relationship, it can be seen that the feature vectors of abdominal circumference, chest depth, body weight, body length, body height, and rump length are larger, which can reflect the body structure of adult cows, so abdominal circumference factor can be called the first principal component.
