强制运动对种公牛精液品质的影响研究

摘　　要：为了解对种公牛进行强制运动后,精液理化指标的变化情况,该试验选择4头体重、状态一致的采精种公牛,试验分2个阶段,为期4个月,前2个月安排公牛在圈舍内自由活动;后2个月进行强制运动刷试,分类记录非强制运动和强制运动后精液冷冻前后理化指标变化并进行分析,其中前者为对照组,后者为试验组。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组精液密度和精液量显著提高(P<0.05),精液活力两组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。冻后废弃率降低5%。可见,对种公牛进行强制运动后再采取有效的手段,能够明显改善精液品质。In order to understand the changes of the physical and chemical indexes of semen after the compulsory exercise,four bulls with the same weight and consistent status were selected for the test.In the first two months,the changes of the physical and chemical indexes were recorded and analyzed,among which the former was the control group and the latter was the test group.The results showed that compared with the control group,the semen density and semen volume were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The waste rate was reduced by 5%.It can be seen that the effective measures after the compulsory exercise can significantly improve the quality of semen.
