摘　　要：该试验采用临床症状与病理变化观察、病原分离鉴定和流行病学调查等方法对贵州省鸭疫里默氏杆菌病发病情况分析。结果表明:在采集的1328份疑似病例样本中分离到112株鸭疫里默氏杆菌,分离率为8.43%,其中以血清2型为主要优势血清型(76.92%);在春夏秋冬四季中鸭疫里默氏杆菌病发病率分别为14.80%、 6.05%、4.94%和14.27%;在规模养鸭场、养殖小区和散养户中鸭疫里默氏杆菌病发病率分别为8.77%、 10.50%和15.32%;在雏鸭、育成鸭和成年鸭中鸭疫里默氏杆菌病发病率分别为23.15%、 8.53%和0.08%。可见,贵州省养鸭场存在不同程度的鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染,主要以血清2型为主,在临床上以侵害雏鸭为主,冬春两季发病较为严重,且散养户多发,因此应加强养鸭场鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的预防与控制。In this investigation,the incidence of Riemerella anatipestifer infection in Guizhou province were analyzed by clinical symptom and pathological observation,pathogen isolation and identification and epidemiological investigation.The results showed that the isolation rate of Riemerella anatipestifer was 8.43%from 1328 of the collected suspected case tissue samples,which the main dominant serotype was serotype 2(76.92%).The incidence rate of Riemerella anatipestifer infection was respectively 14.80%,6.05%,4.94%and 14.27%in spring,summer,autumn and winter.The incidence rates were respectively 8.77%,10.50%and 15.32%in large-scale farms,breeding communities and free-range households,and respectively 23.15%,8.53%and 0.08%in ducklings, reared ducks and adult ducks. These results indicated that there are varying degrees of Riemerella anatipestifer infection with mainly serotype 2 in duck farms in Guizhou Province, which mainly affects ducklings in clinical practice, and more incidence in winter and spring and in free-range households. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of Riemerella anatipestifer infection in duck farms.
