摘 要:每一次媒介技术的飞跃都深刻影响着人类社会的发展,教育活动同样受到了媒介技术发展的影响。伴随着数字媒介的兴起与普及,研究生教育领域中导师与研究生的关系建构逐渐从单方面线下建构转移到了线上线下两条途径共同建构,导师与研究生互动场域的转变造成导生关系建构出现了新变化。数字媒介在为导师与研究生提供更多便利交往与互动机会的同时,也引发了在数字媒介中导师权力的弥散、导生间数字鸿沟加剧等新问题。面对这些挑战,需要规范导师在数字媒介中的权力边界,增进双方对数字媒介文化的双向理解,提高双方的数字媒介素养,以营造出健康、和谐的导生关系。Every leap in media technology profoundly impacts the development of human society.Educational activities are profoundly influenced by the advancements in media technology.With the rise and popularization of digital media,the way tutors and postgraduates construct relationships in postgraduate education is changing.The relationship construction has gradually shifted from a unilateral offline approach to a combination of online and offline interactions.The transformation of the interaction field between tutors and postgraduates has led to new dynamics in the construction of their relationship.While digital media offers more convenient communication and interaction opportunities for tutors and postgraduates,it also presents new challenges,such as the dispersion of tutors'power within digital media and an intensification of the digital divide between them.In the face of these challenges,it is necessary to standardize the power boundaries of tutors in digital media and enhance mutual understanding of digital media culture.Improving the digital media literacy of both tutors and postgraduates will help create a healthy and harmonious relationship.
