摘　　要：“气生血”“血养气”的气血互生理论是中医对于气血关系的经典论述,据理立法,以法统方,基于气血互生理论,把握免疫性血小板减少症气血两虚的病机特点,确立调和气血的治疗方法,治疗免疫性血小板减少症,临床疗效可观。The theory of mutual growth of qi and blood in“qi engendering blood”and“blood nourishing qi”is a classical exposition of the relationship between qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the legislation,the prescription based on the theory of mutual growth of qi and blood,grasps the pathogenesis characteristics of deficiency of both qi and blood in immune thrombocytopenia,establishes the treatment method of harmonizing qi and blood,and treats immune thrombocytopenia with considerable clinical effect.
