摘 要:采用国内某铂族金属钯提炼过程中的络合液为原料,通过试验探究了不同条件下制备的高振实密度重质钯粉的粒径与密度,筛选出最佳的制备工艺路线与技术条件。结果表明,以pH=8为起点,通过水合肼直接还原钯络合液生成海绵钯为晶种,再通过盐酸肼进一步还原,可制备出颗粒均匀,振实密度高达3.25 g/cm^(3)左右的高密度重质钯粉。The particle size and density of high compacted density palladium powder prepared under different conditions were investigated by using the complex solution in the refining process of platinum group metal palladium as raw material,and the optimal preparation process and technical conditions were selected through experiments.The results show that high compacted density palladium powders with uniform particles and compacted density up to about 3.25 g cm^(3) can be prepared by direct reduction of palladium complex solution with hydrazine hydrate to form palladium sponge as crystal seed at pH=8 and further reduction with hydrazine dihydrochloride.
