“三融入”背景下的华侨学校变迁研究——以广西桂林华侨农场为例

摘  要:桂林华侨农场的学校成立于1960年,其成立最初的目的是解决归侨及其子女受教育的问题,经过60多年的发展,华侨学校的教育发生重大的变迁。2007年“三融入”体制改革提出后,华侨学校教育在“三融入”背景下实现新的变迁,教育管理、教育体制和经济来源成为华侨学校发展的主要内核,“三融入”体制改革过程消除了来自不同地区地理环境和经济发展水平等多元因素所导致的教育文化差异,对于华侨学校而言,这一改革是“脱胎换骨”般的变迁,同时使得华侨学校实现了更深层次地融入当地社会。The school of the Guilin Overseas Chinese Farm was established in 1960 with the initial purpose of addressing the education needs of returned overseas Chinese and their children.Over the past 60 years,the school has undergone significant changes in education.After the"Integration of Three"system reform was proposed in 2007,the education at the Overseas Chinese School experienced new transformations under this framework.Educational management,institutional arrangements,and funding sources became the main focus of development for the school.The"Integration of Three"reform process eliminated educational and cultural differences caused by diverse factors such as geographical environments and levels of economic development from different regions.For the Overseas Chinese School,this reform marked a profound transformation,akin to a"rebirth,"and also facilitated a deeper integration of the school into the local community.
