人口老龄化背景下粤东西北地区农村失独老人养老状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：为了更好地了解农村失独老人的养老状况,调研团队选取了粤东西北地区的169位农村失独老人作为研究对象。调查结果显示,收入水平影响农村失独老人的幸福感,不同性别的农村失独老人情感表达存在差异,农村失独老人对社会养老服务较为排斥,农村失独老人希望能够得到更多的陪伴和关心,农村失独老人群体亟需政策帮扶。有关政府部门可从满足失独老人基本生活保障、探索多样化失独老人养老新模式、加大社会养老的宣传力度、完善失独老人精神扶助机制、提高失独老人养老政策有效执行性等方面入手,为失独老人提供政策支持和制度保障,解决失独老人的后顾之忧。In order to better understand the elderly care situation of elderly people who have lost their only child in rural areas,the research team selected 169 elderly people in the eastern and northwestern regions of Guangdong province as the research subjects.The survey results show that income level affects the happiness of elderly people who have lost their only child in rural areas.There are differences in emotional expression among rural elderly people of different genders.Rural elderly people who have lost their only child are more resistant to social elderly care services,and they hope to receive more companionship and care.The rural elderly people who have lost their only child urgently need policy assistance.The relevant government departments can start by meeting their basic living security needs,exploring diversified new elderly care models,increasing publicity efforts for social elderly care,improving the spiritual support mechanism for elderly people who have lost their only child,and improving the effective implementation of elderly care policies,in order to provide policy support and institutional guarantees for elderly people who have lost their only child,and solve their future concerns.
