摘　　要：[目的]分析对康复期精神分裂症患者实施心理康复护理的临床效果。[方法]从2022年4月至2023年4月选取70例康复期精神分裂症患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(35例)实施常规护理,研究组(35例)基于常规护理实施心理康复护理,对照分析两组护理效果。[结果]从阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分来看,护理干预前组间对比无统计意义,护理干预后研究组正常精神评分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、PANSS总分均比对照组低,P<0.05;从症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分来看,护理干预前组间对比无统计意义,护理干预后研究组躯体化评分、偏执评分、敌对评分、阳性项目评分、人际关系评分、抑郁评分、躯体强迫评分均比对照组低,P<0.05。[结论]对于康复期精神分裂症患者来说,心理康复护理的实施可使其临床症状得到改善,同时也提高了心理健康水平,具备显著临床价值。[Objective]To analyze the clinical effect of implementing psychological rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.[Method]From April 2022 to April 2023,70 patients with schizophrenia in their recovery period were selected and randomly divided into two groups for study.The control group(35 cases)received routine nursing care,while the study group(35 cases)received psychological rehabilitation nursing care based on routine nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.[Results]From the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores,there was no statistically significant difference between the groups before nursing intervention.After nursing intervention,the study group had lower normal mental scores,positive symptom scores,negative symptom scores,and total PANSS scores than the control group,with P<0.05;From the score of the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),there was no statistically significant difference between the groups before nursing intervention.After nursing intervention,the study group had lower scores in somatization,paranoia,hostility,positive item,interpersonal relationship,depression,and physical compulsion compared to the control group,with P<0.05.[Conclusion]For patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period,the implementation of psychological rehabilitation nursing can improve their clinical symptoms and also enhance their mental health level,which has significant clinical value.
