新时代高职院校学生记者团的发展路径探讨——以清远职业技术学院学生记者团为例

摘　　要：高职院校学生记者团是由在校学生组成的一支新闻宣传队伍,致力于利用“一微两端”对学校进行宣传推广和信息传递,学生记者团可以培养学生实践能力和创新思维,推动学院“三全育人”建设,促进校园文化建设。然而,学生记者团成员素养参差不齐,宣传工作量大,激励机制不够,学生记者团师资和硬件保障不足等问题亟待解决。需要从严把好“纳新”关,加强全面培训,发挥“传帮带”人才队伍发展模式,完善激励机制,提高记者团工作实效,完善配套设施,改善记者团工作条件等。The Student Press Corps of higher vocational colleges is a news propaganda team made up of students,which is committed to promoting and transmitting information to the school by using“One Micro-Two Ends”.The Student Press Corps can cultivate students’practical ability and innovative thinking,promote the construction of“three-whole education”of the college,and promote the construction of campus culture.However,the problems need to be solved urgently such as the uneven quality of the Student Press Corps,the heavy workload of publicity,the lack of incentive mechanism,the lack of teachers,and the hardware security of the Student Press Corps.We should strictly control the“recruitment”,strengthen comprehensive training and the development mode of“passing on experience”,improve the incentive mechanism and the work effectiveness of the Student Press Corps,perfect supporting facilities and the working conditions of the press corps.
