摘　　要：藏族赛马节契合以文化产业赋能乡村经济社会发展的要求,是文化产业赋能乡村振兴的鲜活案例和生动样本。藏族赛马节赋能乡村振兴的价值体现在助力乡村振兴的重要抓手、传承地方文化的重要载体、提升社会经济效益的重要方式等方面;困境表现在传统与现代冲突、资源保护问题、乡村发展阻碍以及社会认知误解等。鉴于此,提出坚持保护与传承相结合、旅游与文化融合相结合、农牧业与产业联动相结合、社区参与与自治相结合等促进策略。The Tibetan Horse Racing Festival aligns with the requirements of empowering rural economic and social development through cultural industries,serving as a vivid example and model of cultural industry-driven rural revitalization.The value of the Tibetan Horse Racing Festival in empowering rural revitalization lies in its role as an important tool for rural development,a crucial carrier for the inheritance of local culture,and a significant means to enhance social and economic benefits.The challenges include conflicts between tradition and modernity,issues of resource protection,obstacles to rural development,and misunderstandings in social cognition.Accordingly,strategies are proposed to combine protection and inheritance,integrate tourism and culture,link agriculture and industry,and combine community participation with autonomy.
