摘 要:探索在护理文化育人中运用“南丁格尔”精神引领护理学生成长成才,不仅是新时代护理专业的发展实践需要,更是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,能增强文化育人目标的指向性、赋予文化育人内容的专业性、发挥护理文化教育对象的主体性、强化文化育人力量的协同性。通过挖掘、整理90位中国南丁格尔奖章获奖者典型事迹,聚焦文化育人“核心”,构建育人资源的基础培筑、打造文化育人坚实“两翼”的策略制订、创新“以评促建”体系构建等路径,为创新护理文化育人范式提供了有益借鉴。Exploring the application of the“Nightingale”spirit in guiding the growth and development of nursing students is not only a practical necessity for the development of the nursing profession in the new era but also an intrinsic requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This approach can enhance the directionality of cultural education goals,imbue cultural education content with professionalism,emphasize the subjectivity of nursing culture education recipients,and strengthen the synergy of cultural education forces.By excavating and organizing the exemplary deeds of 90 Chinese Nightingale Award recipients,focusing on the“core”of cultural education,formulating strategies for the foundational construction of educational resources,building the solid“two wings”of cultural education,and innovating the“evaluation-promoted construction”system,this study provides valuable insights for innovating the paradigm of nursing culture education.
