摘　　要：陇中正骨学术流派第三代传人李盛华教授批判性吸纳各家流派治疗“骨错缝、筋出槽”患者的方法,并在陇中正骨学术流派学术思想“整体辨证、筋骨并重、内外兼治、动静互补、精准微创”的指导下,在治疗“骨错缝,筋出槽”过程中提出“稳、准、轻、巧”四字法则,同时还强调“心身同治”的理念,恰到好处的手法可有效整复“骨错缝、筋出槽”,恢复关节功能。此外,他根据不同的损伤部位,选择相应的手法进行复位,即可缓解患者的疼痛、功能障碍,使其效果立竿见影,充分发挥了中医骨伤治疗骨伤疾病“简、便、效、廉”的优势。As the third generation of successor of Longzhong bone-setting manipulation,professor Li Shenghua has formed his own set of muscle management techniques for the treatment of tendon grooves and bone dislocations,and proposed "four-character principle" of "stability,accuracy,lightness and cleverness" in the process of treating "tendon grooves and bone dislocation" under the guidance of academic thinking of Longzhong bone-setting academic school "holism-based syndrome differentiation,taking muscle and bone seriously,internal and external treatment,dynamic and static complementation,minimally invasive with precision" after critically absorbing different schools' methods of treating the patients,meanwhile he emphasized the concept of "simultaneously treating mind and body",the appropriate manipulation could effectively repair tendon grooves and bone dislocations,restore joint function.In addition,he selected the corresponding manipulation for the reduction according to different injured parts,which could act on the damage instantly and alleviate the patients' pain and dysfunction,these could give full play to the advantages of "simplicity,convenience,effectiveness and low cost" in the treatment of orthopedic disease in TCM.
