摘　　要：以甘肃省某三甲公立医院为研究对象,了解医务人员职业满意度情况,探究影响医务人员职业满意度的因素,以此为依据,制定提升医护人员职业满意度的相关策略,为提高三甲公立医院人力资源管理水平,激励医务人员全身心投入医疗卫生事业奠定基础。By taking the medical staff of a tertiary A-level public hospital in Gansu province as the research subjects,the paper attempts to find out the conditions of medical staffs' job satisfaction,explores the factors influencing medical staffs' job satisfaction,and establishes strategies to improve their job satisfaction based on the survey,which could lay the foundation for improving human resource management in the tertiary A-level public hospital and motivating medical staff to devote themselves to health care.
