红蓝光照射联合口服盐酸多西环素片治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察红蓝光照射联合口服盐酸多西环素片治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年7月该院收治的76例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各38例。对照组口服盐酸多西环素片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合红蓝光照射治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状(丘疹、脓疱)评分、炎性指标[白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-1β、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平和痤疮特异性生命质量量表(Acne-QOL)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%,明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Acne-QOL评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组丘疹、脓疱症状评分以及血清IL-17、IFN-γ、IL-1β水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光照射联合口服盐酸多西环素片治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者可提高治疗总有效率和Acne-QOL评分,降低症状评分和炎性指标水平,效果优于单纯口服盐酸多西环素片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of red and blue light irradiation combined with oral Doxycycline hydrochloride tablets in treatment of patients with papulopustular rosacea.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 76 patients with papulopustular rosacea admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to July 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Doxycycline hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with red and blue light irradiation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom(papules,pustules) scores,the inflammatory indexes [interleukin(IL)-17,IL-1β,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)] levels,and the acne-specific quality of life scale(Acne-QOL) score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Acne-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the scores of papules and pustules symptoms and the levels of serum IL-17,IFN-γ and IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Red and blue light irradiation combined with oral Doxycycline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of the patients with papulopustular rosacea can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the Acne-QOL scores,and reduce the symptom scores and inflammatory index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single oral Doxycycline hydrochloride tablets treatment.
