腕踝针联合针刺督脉在缺血性卒中恢复期患者肢体功能康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨腕踝针联合针刺督脉在缺血性卒中恢复期患者肢体功能康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月该院收治的60例缺血性卒中恢复期患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用针刺督脉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合腕踝针治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后生命质量[脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]、自理能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]、肢体运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组SS-QOL、MBI、FMA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合针刺督脉用于缺血性卒中恢复期患者疗效确切,能改善患者肢体运动功能、自理能力及生命质量,效果优于单用针刺督脉治疗。Objective:To explore application effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture at governor vessel in limb function rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture at the governor vessel,while the observation group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the scores of quality of life [stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)],self-care ability [modified Barthel index(MBI)] and limb motor function [Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)] scores before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of SS-QOL,MBI and FMA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture at the governor vessel is effective in the patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period,which can improve the limb motor function,the self-care ability and the quality of life.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture at the governor vessel.
