摘　　要：目的:分析丙泊酚联合不同剂量氯化琥珀胆碱在精神分裂症患者无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)中的麻醉效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2023年8月无锡市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组给予琥珀胆碱1.0 mg/kg,观察组给予琥珀胆碱1.4 mg/kg。比较两组麻醉效果。结果:电击后即刻、电击后5 min,观察组收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。电击前和电击后5 min,观察组舒张压(DBP)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电击后即刻,观察组DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。电击前,观察组心率(HR)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);电击后5 min,观察组HR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗后,观察组认知功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:丙泊酚联合1.4 mg/kg氯化琥珀胆碱在精神分裂症患者MECT中的麻醉效果显著,能够稳定患者生命体征,改善认知功能。Objective:To analyze the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with different doses of suxamethonium chloride in modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)of schizophrenia patients.Methods:A total of 200 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Wuxi Mental Health Center from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 1.0 mg/kg suxamethonium,and the observation group was treated with 1.4 mg/kg suxamethonium.The anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Immediately after electric shock and at 5 min after electric shock,the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before electric shock and at 5 min after electric shock,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Immediately after electric shock,the DBP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before electric shock,the heart rate(HR)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 5 min after electric shock,the HR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the cognitive function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Propofol combined with 1.4 mg/kg suxamethonium chloride has a significant anesthetic effect in MECT of schizophrenia patients,and can stabilize patients'vital signs and improve cognitive function.
