医护一体院感防控模式应用于医院感染防控的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析医护一体院感防控模式应用于医院感染防控的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月齐河县人民医院收治的80例患者作为研究对象,将2022年1—6月收治的40例设置为对照组,2022年7—12月收治的40例设置为观察组。对照组实施常规院感防控管理,观察组实施医护一体院感防控模式管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组医院感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。观察组对服务态度、责任意识、操作技能及安全管理的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。管理后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于管理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体院感防控模式应用于医院感染防控的效果显著,能够减少医院感染,降低患者炎性因子水平,提高满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of doctor-nurse integration hospital infection prevention and control mode in hospital infection prevention and control.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to Qihe County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,40 patients admitted from January 2022 to June 2022 were taken as the control group,and 40 patients admitted from July 2022 to December 2022 were taken as the observation group.The control group implemented routine hospital infection prevention and control management,and the observation group implemented the management of doctor-nurse integration hospital infection prevention and control mode.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).The satisfaction scores of service attitude,sense of responsibility,operation skills and safety management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After management,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups in two groups were lower than those before management,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of doctor-nurse integration hospital infection prevention and control mode in hospital infection prevention and control has a significant effect,which can reduce hospital infection,decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the satisfaction of patients.
