优质护理管理应用于消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理管理应用于消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月锦州医科大学附属第三医院消毒供应中心管理的1100件手术器械作为研究对象,将2022年6—12月管理的550件手术器械设为对照组,2023年1—6月管理的550件手术器械设为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施优质护理管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组清洗、包装、灭菌质量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组清洗流程、分类包装、清点存储、环境管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理管理应用于消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的效果显著,能够提高手术器械管理质量,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing management in the disinfection and sterilization management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 1100 surgical instruments managed by the Disinfection Supply Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to June 223 were selected as the study objects.550 surgical instruments managed from June 2022 to December 2022 were taken as the control group,and 550 surgical instruments managed from January 2023 to June 2023 were taken as the observation group.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received high-quality nursing management.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The pass rate of cleaning,packaging and sterilization quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of cleaning process,classification and packaging,inventory and storage,and environmental management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing management has a significant effect in disinfection and sterilization management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,and can improve the quality of surgical instrument management and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
