摘　　要：目的:分析质量敏感指标联合消毒供应流程优化管理应用于消毒供应室外来器械及植入物再处理中的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月枣庄市台儿庄区中医院消毒供应室管理的外来器械及植入物80包作为研究对象,将2021年7月—2022年7月的40包作为对照组,2022年8月—2023年7月的40包作为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施质量敏感指标联合消毒供应流程优化管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌质量合格率、及时发放率、提前放行率、术后返洗率高于对照组,湿包发生率、手术感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组清洗效果、灭菌效果、灭菌监测管理、服务态度、技术水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量敏感指标联合消毒供应流程优化管理应用于消毒供应室外来器械及植入物再处理中的效果显著,能够提高消毒供应室各环节工作质量,加强管理效果,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of quality sensitive indicators combined with disinfection supply process optimization management in the reprocessing of external instruments and implants in the disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of 80 packages of external instruments and implants under the management by Disinfection Supply Room of Taierzhuang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zaozhuang City from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.Among them,40 packages from July 2021 to July 2022 were used as the control group,and 40 packages from August 2022 to July 2023 were used as the observation group.The control group used routine management,while the observation group used quality sensitive indicators combined with disinfection supply process optimization management.The management effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The cleaning qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,sterilization quality qualification rate,timely distribution rate,early release rate,and postoperative backwash rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the incidence of wet packages and the surgical infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The cleaning effect,sterilization effect,sterilization monitoring management,service attitude and technical level scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality sensitive indicators combined with disinfection supply process optimization Management has a significant effect in the reprocessing of external instruments and implants in the disinfection supply room,and can improve the work quality of all links in the disinfection supply room and strengthen the management effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
