微信社群模式应用于乡镇无偿献血招募中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微信社群模式应用于乡镇无偿献血招募中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月居住于山东省血液中心辖区内的居民27350名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=14600)和试验组(n=12750)。对照组实施常规短信无偿献血招募,试验组实施微信社群模式无偿献血招募。比较两组无偿献血招募情况及满意度。结果:试验组初次献血人数、重复献血人数、总献血人数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:微信社群模式应用于乡镇无偿献血招募中的效果显著,能够增加献血人数,提高居民满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of WeChat community model in the recruitment of unpaid blood donation in townships.Methods:A total of 27350 residents living in the jurisdiction of Shandong Blood Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=14600)and experimental group(n=12750).The control group carried out the recruitment of unpaid blood donation through regular SMS,and the experimental group carried out the recruitment of unpaid blood donation through WeChat community model.The recruitment of unpaid blood donation and the satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of initial blood donors,repeated blood donors,and total number of blood donors in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of WeChat community model in the recruitment of unpaid blood donation in townships is significant,which can increase the number of blood donors and improve the resident's satisfaction.
