针对性管理在静脉配置中心全静脉营养液处方管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析静脉配置中心的全静脉营养液处方情况,并探讨有效的管理措施,以提升全静脉营养液的使用安全性。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月于锦州医科大学附属医院第三医院未接受针对性管理患者55例(全静脉营养液处方550张)为对照组,选取2022年1月—2023年12月接受针对性管理患者50例(全静脉营养液处方500张)为观察组。比较两组全静脉营养液处方不合理情况。结果:观察组全静脉营养液处方总不合理应用率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:医院静脉配置中心应对全静脉营养液的临床不合理用药现象进行总结,并采取针对性的预防措施,确保全静脉营养液处方安全、高效,从而保证临床治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the prescription of total parenteral nutrition in pharmacy intravenous admixture service and explore effective management measures to improve the use safety of total parenteral nutrition.Methods:A total of 55 patients(550 prescriptions of total parenteral nutrition)who did not receive targeted management in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University between January 2019 and December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients(500 prescriptions of total parenteral nutrition)who received targeted management between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The irrational prescription of total parenteral nutrition was compared between two groups.Results:The total irrational use rate of total parenteral nutrition prescription in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture service should summarize the clinical irrational use of total parenteral nutrition and take targeted preventive measures to ensure the safety and efficiency of total parenteral nutrition prescription,so as to ensure the clinical treatment effect.
