摘　　要：学科建设、运营管理是公立医院实现高质量发展的“两架马车”,康复医学以“患病后的功能障碍”为治疗重点,以患者回归家庭、社会为目标,康复医疗服务模式的推进能够体现公立医院的社会效益和高质量发展成效。康复全院化模式探索康复专业与临床各学科的合作模式,能够推动康复亚专科的发展与成熟,优化康复诊疗服务,改善住院质控指标,是实现患者就诊全流程康复服务的重要举措。Discipline construction and operation management are“two carriages”for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development.Rehabilitation medicine focuses on the treatment of"dysfunction after illness",with the goal of returning patients to their families and society.The improvement of rehabilitation medical service model can better reflect the social benefits and high-quality development effects of public hospitals.The hospital-wide rehabilitation model explores the cooperation model between rehabilitation specialty and various clinical disciplines,promotes the development and maturity of rehabilitation sub-specialties,optimizes rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment services,improves hospitalization quality control indicators,and is an important measure to achieve full-process rehabilitation services for patients.
