提壶揭盖法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病

摘　　要：提壶揭盖法原是宣肺利小便的一种传统治疗方法,多用于治疗癃闭、便秘等疾病。随着后世医家的不断探索与研究,提壶揭盖法而不再单纯地被应用于治疗癃闭与便秘,而是从疾病病位、病因、治疗方法进行延伸,将宣通肺气、升提下陷之气、疏肝理气、活血化瘀利水等调畅全身气机的治法皆归属于提壶揭盖法,极大地拓宽了提壶揭盖法的临床应用范围。慢性肺源性心脏病病机为脏腑功能失调,气机阻滞,水液代谢失常,上凌心肺。提壶揭盖法以肺治心、心肺同治、心肾同治,使患者全身气机得畅,脏腑功能平衡,水液输布代谢恢复,疾病得愈。The method of Tihu Jiegai was originally a traditional treatment method for dispersing Lung Qi and promoting urination,which was mostly used to treat diseases such as epilepsy and constipation.With the continuous exploration and research of later generations of TCM doctors,this method is no longer simply applied to the treatment of occlusion and constipation,but is extended from the location of disease,the cause and the treatment method to the treatment methods of regulating the Qi movement of the whole body such as dispersing Lung Qi,lifting the sunken Qi,soothing and regulating the Liver Qi,invigorating blood circulation,removing stasis and improving Water,all of which are attributed to"Tihu Jiegai"method.Hence the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas are greatly broadened.The pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary heart disease is the dysfunction of the internal organs,the blockage of Qi movement,the abnormal metabolism of Water and Fluid,thus the Heart and Lung are injured.The method of"Tihu Jiegai"means to treat the Heart from perspective of the Lun,treatment of Heart and Lung at the same time as well as treatment of Heart and Kidneys simultaneously,so that the whole body′s Qi movement is recovered and the function of the Zang and Fu is balanced.Then the metabolism of Water and Fluid is restored,and the disease is healed.
